5. Have you experienced any significant life events or changes that may have contributed to your depression, such as loss, trauma, or stress?
6. How do you currently manage your depression, including any medications, therapies, or self-care practices?
7. Have you tried any other therapies or treatments for depression in the past, and if so, what were they and how effective were they?
8. Can you identify any negative thought patterns or self-talk that may be contributing to your depression?
9. How do you typically cope with difficult emotions, such as sadness, anxiety, or frustration?
10. Are there any specific situations or triggers that tend to exacerbate your depression?
11. How does your depression affect your self-esteem and confidence, and are there any negative self-statements or self-criticism?
12. Are there any physical symptoms you experience as a result of your depression, such as headaches, stomach problems, or pain?
13. How do you think your depression has impacted your relationships with family and friends, and are there any relationships that have been affected?
14. Are you experiencing any feelings of hopelessness, helplessness, or suicidal thoughts, and if so, how often and how intense are they?
