13. Are there any specific foods or food groups that you struggle with or tend to overeat, such as sweets, snacks, or carbohydrates?
14. Do you eat when you’re bored, or do you use food as a reward or celebration?
15. Can you describe your relationship with food, and how you feel about eating healthy, nutritious foods versus unhealthy or indulgent foods?

17. Do you have a support system in place to help you with your weight loss journey, such as friends, family, or a support group?
